There is no exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons

We will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange on the item(s) in question if they are returned in perfect condition unworn and with the original packaging and all labels still in tact inside 14 days of order being dispatched.We only refund postage costs to you when an error has occurred of which we accept responsibility, or the product is faulty.

You can courier or post your return item to us. I recommend that you send your return via registered post as you can track it.

All refunds will be processed inside 15 days after returns have been received.

Remember that YOU the customer will need to pay for postage to return your item to us.
